I have compiled all of this information from either Vendor's press-releases or their data sheet's / web sites. If I have made any mistakes here, then please email me. Most of the software that comes on these units is part of the windows ce release, These are covered here, any vendors that are giving away extra software is not necessarily covered here. It's a moving target.

Chris De Herrera has put together a rather nice Windows CE Comparison chart, it covers things like processor speeds etc. it prints / views nicely on a single page.

Basic Software Included with these units.

Microsoft Pocket Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, In-box for Email, Address Book, Calendar, TO-DO List, World Clock, Solitaire. From what I've seen.All except Internet Explorer are in the ROM.
